Use of Donations
The Golden Badge Foundation supports the widows and children of officers who have died in the line of duty.
Proceeds from the 2011 Golden Badge Award ceremony directly supported the California Peace Officer’s Memorial Foundation. This organization ensures that surviving family members have the necessary resources available to them as they must face the stark reality that their lives are forever changed because of their loved one’s sacrifices.
